Mission Statement

Lady Pastors and Ministers are invited to come together for a time of rest, relaxation, fun and fellowship so that we can return to our respective homes and ministries with a renewed sense of purpose, passion and power after having a well deserved time away. Personal reflection and group interaction will be provided annually at a luxury resort during the first week of February each year.

Purpose

The vision of the Lady Pastors' Retreat was birthed into fruition in February of 2007 as the Lady Pastors of Calvary Covenant Ministries (founded by Bishop L. W. III & Pastor A. Natalie Francisco) were invited to a time of retreat at Kings Creek Plantation in Williamsburg, VA. We purposed then to provide a time of retreat for ourselves and possibly other Lady Pastors of "like precious faith" to come together annually just for the sake of praying, pondering, pampering and playing in a different location and atmosphere of luxury.
